A friend of mine is playing Strikers 1999 using a SuperGun. When he trys to charge up, sometimes it works other times it doesn't. Sometimes there is a delay.
He is using a Neo Hori Stick. Do any of you know if this is possibly a compatability issue with the Joystick, or could it be a faulty button on the Joystick? With other games it works fine. Also the turbo funtion is not on.
