Rod is a good guy, I just dealt with him 2 weeks ago. He is a good seller and gave me some extra sanwa buttons, but he did take his time to reply to me. It did annoy me to at first how he took a while to respond. I think he needs to perhaps get some help with filling out his orders cause he always seems to be running behind schedule, other than that he is a great guy.

Try posting in this thread at SRK: http://www.shoryuken.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2458769#post2458769

Or emailing him directly here: webmaster@himuragames.com

Rod is a fantastic seller and if he takes a little long to get back to you he always throws and extra in. He was always giving me free Pocky :D (probably since I bought so much :kekeke: )

Oh yeah if you like Pocky ask what flavors he has. He dosnt list them all on the site, he gave me a list with like 15 flavors

I just bought $90 worth of stuff just about a week ago. Everything went smoothly. He is a very good guy and he'll give you weird candy. It did take a few days to fill my order, but everything is perfect. Check out his stools. Perfect for a Candy Cab and very cheap. I got 2 and love them.

He is a one man operation, that's why he takes long to reply. Seems like everyone uses him for Sanwa parts. Because of Shoryuken.com and other gaming forums like this one, he gets slammed with order requests. He always replys to me within 2-3 days.

I was about to say the same thing. He sometimes takes a few days to get back to you. He'll come through. I just placed an order a short while ago and everything went great.

Rod is a great seller. Do not hesitate to buy from him. I have bought various parts for my Candy cab from him and have had no probs. Friendly and honest, even threw in some JP candy :drool_2:

Have any of you got any e-mail replies from him lately? I wanted to order some buttons and joysticks and first he got back to me in hours, then nothing for 10 days.

Try PMing him at the www.shoryuken.com forums - he should respond much quicker there. When I e-mailed him, he was pretty slow too. He has a good rep though, so if you PM him at SRK I'm sure you'll be fine.

2nd e-mail, no replies, and it's over two fucking weeks no. Very fucking annoying. Why should I Pm him in another message board when I am e-mailing him to his own website's email address? Very lame IMO.

A good friend of mine and I went in on a large order (200+dollars) from him close to four weeks ago. We sent the paypal and the order at the same time and we are YET to hear back from him. Apperently, his family bussiness got shut down so he is very busy doing that. But I just cant see how hard it is to just send an email saying "I am working on it" thats all I am asking.

Anyhow I think this is probably just a hard time for him now, but still not keeping a customer with a large open order informed sucks.

I recently bought some buttons from him, off of his Ebay auctions. I asked him to combine it with an order I placed from his online store, but he only sent the buttons. Supposedly since his family business was lost, he was going to concentrate on his Himura Store. Well I have sent him a reminder (email) for my other order and haven' t heard form him. Maybe something else came up. Seems like he has alot of personal problems. I don't mind being patient, since he is top notch, but after a month it gets old. I have found alternative Sanwa sellers, but I try to stay loyal to Rod, since he has hooked me up in the past. But I will admit it's getting difficult, considering this is the second time I had to wait a month.

I am afraid I am going to have do a chargeback on him. I will give him till tomarrow to contact me after that I will charge back and find a new place to get the sticks. I can find the sticks alright but cant find anyone that has the octagonal restrictor plate.

Same here. Rod is the only one other than akahibarashop.com that carries them. But since he's in the U.S. it makes it easier.

No I haven't, but they look reliable. They post pics of the orders people make. They also give you the option of EMS express shipping, or air mail. So they let you dictate shipping. I plan on getting some Seimitsu sticks in the future, and I plan on using them.
