I've already looked into this matter and it's difficult. None of the PCB mount jacks I've seen match those holes. It's obviously from some Japanese manufacturer, I thought it was Jalco like the DIN-8 jack on home systems but none of the Jalco jacks seem to be a replacement:

http://www.jalco.co.jp/04product/05js/js01.html

It may be noted that even the DIN-8 jack in the current Jalco catalog is not exactly the same as those you see on the AES. These parts are 10+ years old and may be obsolete.

There should be another headphone jack on the 2-slot, use that if you can.

It's just the label that's not been put on straight.

I'd have to look at it, but I have a dead MV-2 that I could de-solder that part off of and send to you.

which pins are what?

Hi, I have this same problem with my mv-2f board. Both jacks have been destroyed due to its age and I am trying to wireup a new jack to the board. I just need to know which is left/right/ground on the pins.
The pins in the picture look like this:

O(1)

O(2) O(3)

Does anyone know which pins are what?
Any help appreciated, thanks. Matt.
