Monitors for Candy Cabs

I have a couple q's for the mvs gurus.

How hard is it to find / install a candy cab monitor?
Will any normal arcade monitor fit? or do the candys use special monitors?
How much should I expect to spend for a new monitor?

Not complicated to install just heavy and awkward, The problem will be getting one to your house, shipping will cost a fortune. I was quoted £300 for a 29" shipped.
