KOF 96 on NGH video looks weird

hey
i was playing my KOF96 and those POW and the Life bars once they where emptu had a rainbow colour to them and there was a few blocks along the transparent bars that had a rainbow colour.

why is this?

I seem to recall its a common issue, are you using composite.

Yeah, if you're using composite you'll get that. Do you have RGB in Australia? If so, get a RGB Scart lead and it will look so much better and you won't get those effects on the life bars.

im using composite... lol its the only thing that my TV's have.
australia doesnt get European tv's so we dont get SCART T_T
we are still PAL but we are influenced by NTSC lol
