Hello.

I'm looking forward to buy a brand new NEOGEO AES console with the 2 classic large square joysticks.
Or at least it has to be in good working condition if used.

I live in Europe.

Has anybody bought anything from there, is it reliable & are their products & services as good as they’re described in their site?
Do they send stuff to Europe?

I don't know if I would shop at that website. Their prices are pretty outrageous. $289.99 for a Japanese AES version of Last Blade? Do a bit of searching on eBay and you can usually find it for about 1/3 of that.

i bought my Neo Geo AES JPN system from Japangamesnow.com
they had one of the NeoGeo systems on ebay i got mine in good condition with the NEO GEO gold logo fully intact :D
just from that experience i fully trust JapanGamesNow.com
lol i got my system for $130 USD
excelent seller!

That's amazing if it's true.
At the japangamesnow site, the cheapest JPN NEOGEO goes for 229,99$ (Used!) So that's quite a difference compared to the Japan prices (If I got that right of course )
I don't think I should buy anything from ebay, as I don't trust them.

I have some deliberations & concerns of how good a used system will turn out to be & whether it will be working fine or not if it's used?
Most people don't take good care of their stuff the way I do & I mean that's probably why they're selling them in the 1st place.

But there is one more serious concern that just came up...

If I do order a NEOGEO from the US or Japan, wont it have to pass through customs here in Europe & for how long would it have to stay there before they inform me?
I would imagine that since it will be a pretty heavy package, the bastids at the customs will open it up & who knows what they'll take from the box & how much they'll charge me for taxes!
Them, I trust even less than an unknown seller/site from the Internet!

dude dont worry so much.
eBay is fine if you know who to goto to buy carts,systems ect
i bought a USED neogeo system and it still had the NEOGEO gold logo fully intact
and not only that, the system plays fine with no problems at all.
saying that you take care of things better than everyone else......dont let your ego go any further.

its going to be VERY hard to find a NEW NeoGeo system for 200 bucks.
NEW neogeo systems are usually the Korean models 300k and up
wich arent very good.
just buy a decent condition USED NeoGeo and you will be fine.

AES is something you need to lay down lots of cash for.
dont worry about costs if your going AES.

More like COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE. Arcadeshock had a brand new boxed system a little whole back for something insane like $1500.

Do yourself a favor and PM Neo Bomberman and ask if he has anything in stock that might fit your needs. Jonathan is a great guy to buy from- doesn't charge ridiculous prices, has lots of good stuff, and also is a really nice guy in general.

The problem with buying from japan is that the shipping costs 90+ USD, so it evens out.

for a boxed neo system it costs me 100 USD from japan.
from the US it cost me 60 USD

dunno why japan charges more....
