I'm in the middle of setting up my own message board, but I need to set up an intro page that I can link to the main message board. What is the best free web host out there right now?

This is the one I was looking at before I decided to just buy my domain name for a year for what will eventually be a nice SEGA site for Sega-Spetsnaz.Com. It's free and might be what you're looking for, especially if all you need is a anchor frontpage in which to link to your forums from.
