I mean you've already given him a scammer ranking and that doesn't deter him from posting. Could you lock all his treads or something? I would like to read the news and rumors section, but every damn thread is started by him, and everyone of those are worthless flame wars.

The point was made, that if he really wishes to make a "Comeback" Then he should make good with all the hundreds/thousands he scammed. To this point he hasn't, and as such should be (and is) looked at as an enemy in the neo community. To this day he is still a scamming fuck, and his shenanigans should not be tolerated. I believe he should have his ability to post new threads taken away.
