Paypaling Newegg? Short on funds. Q's???

If you've paypal'd newegg.com before I could use your guidance. I'm on the submit order page, and still I've seen no email address to send the paypal payment to. How do I submit the payment?

Also I'm short $9, someone said a couple weeks ago that paypal would automatically transfer the money from my bank account. Under the transfer funds tab in my paypal account why does it say it will take 3 to 4 days? Can I have a negative balance?

It can take 2-3 days if it's an echeck from saving or your checking acct.
