Problem with changing title of thread

Hi,
I was having trouble changing the title of my thread. Click Here to see. I edited to say FA: Samurai Shodown 4 AES complete excellent condition on EBAY!, But when I see the thread on the (SNK) Neo Selling, it still says FS: Samurai Shodown 4 US NGH NON-Korean excellent condition. Can it be changed by me or you guys (the mods)?

You are only allowed to edit the title after certain time of having posted the thread. When that time expires it only gets changed in the thread itself, but not in the index. Only mods could edit it now.
