Okay, I got my ST-V cab. Monitor is PERFECT. Cab is in good order, everything works well. Now, what about looks? I would love to get this looking great. I want to replace the control panel underlay, and I also want to fix up the paint job on the cab, and get new T-molding. I know where to buy most my stuff (happcontrols), but what about the glass covering the control panel? Plexi glass? Just order that from a glass store, I guess? What about paint? What color should I do for a Virtua Fighter cab? I was thinking white would be badass, but with what paint for the wood? And then for the control panel itself... white metal primer? Anyone care to give me some pointers as to where/how to start? I already have the glass bezel, and marquee on the way, but what about an official VF under/overlay? Otherwise, what overlay would you suggest (that's another thing, I can't find any good under/overlays that aren't total crap).

Long story short: I'd like to replace the plexi glass and control panel over/underlay. Also, how do I remove that plexiglass cover on the CP?

Thanks,

Steve

Spike..

What's this cab look like.?.I always thought Sega ST-V cabs were made of Plastic..

The manufacturer of the STV-Titan dedicated cabinets (plastic) was mainly a manufacturer of waste storage containers, molded plastic stuff and whatnot. Turned out prescient as that's pretty much how the market received them; as garbage cans.
