I need help with my STV disaster I bought. The cab needs a lot of love, but I don't mind.... can someone tell me where the joysticks connect with the JAMMA? I can't figure it out.

Nevermind, I'm retarded. How do you turn sound up, however? I don't know ANYTHING about STV...thanks...

And another thing. When I press two buttons together at once, the game doesn't seem to recognize it all the time, giving it a clunky feel. I can't do any moves that require me to press a direction and a button at the same time very well at all. What's causing this, do you suppose? :conf:

You turn the sound up with the little plack pot next to the sound amp chip ( Black heat sink )

If you are playing that VFR cart in the pic the whole game is clunky. It is just the way the game is........

I see. I may have to get a Virtua Figher off of ebay and replace it. As for the sound, I'm afraid I don't know where that is.... Could you spell it out for me a bit? Thanks.

There is no Virtua Fighter on ST-V...only Remix & Kids.

No no, I'm not talking about STV, I'm saying Virtua Fighter board... by itself. Could I use this in a low res cab such as mine, assuming mine is low res only?

Not sure about the resoultion 100 % but I believe it is Medium resolution for Model 1...this compounded with the fact that Model 1, 2 & 3 are not Jamma..means that it wouldn't be a simple swap.

Thanks for the volume. Why am I a bastard? :annoyed:

Nevermind... I see who you're talking about and why, now. ;)

Which is better on this system? VF kids or VFR?

Awesome.
Perhaps you can answer another question.
Looking top down @ the ST-V, jamma edge pointed twards you.
Off to the right their is A bunch of sockets with A board plugged into them.
Now I have seen ST-V's with this board and without, Bolth seemed to work fine.
What is this board?
