MVS Cart and/or slot cleaning?

Greets~

I was pondering the possibilities of cleaning some of my older carts as it seems I can only get them to play if I insert them "just so". Its a bit annoying, especially if the cab gets bumped and I have to open everything up to do it again.

Does anyone have any recommendations to remedy this problem? Either cleaning the connectors or the slots in the cabinet or ..?

the same shit happens to me with my SNES.
