Sound issues with 6 slot

I have this 6 slot that I wanted to use in a cab. But there's something weird...

The sound is not right, for example on Last Blade 2, the stage music is really loud, but the sound effects are really muted ( barely hearing it ).

I tried my other 6 slot, but it's the same thing. The cab it's in was running a CPS3 setup in it before... I'm wondering if the speakers are wired wrong for MVS?

Or maybe both 6 slots have sound problems? :(

Make sure that you are running stereo, and that the speakers are in the corrent phase. Both speaker negatives to groundf, the speaker positives to L and 11.
If a low data bit clunks out on the cartdidge though, it CAN cause a similar mishap, messing with the sound volumes. I was never albe to get to the bottom of it.

If all your other cartridges sound good on both 6 slots, try cleaning the upper program/sample cartridge board, see if it helps.

Well, it does it on all carts, so I guess I'll be checking the wiring first...

Thanks!

Oh yes!

It was the wiring... I just hooked up the speakers to the speaker out L + R and the other side to ground = perfect!

Thanks a lot guys!
