OMFG, Super Street Fighter II Turbo is gotta be the game with the cheapest A.I. I've ever played, besides getting defeated with about 4 or 5 hits CPUs moves are incredibly prioritized. Especially Zangief, If you havent played it, do it, a level 4 setup will keep you pissed enough for the rest of the day.

Come now, after so many previous incarnations where the game could be finished by doing simple patterns, an actual challenging AI was a nice change...

...don't tell me you're not willing to work for your wins, eh?
:D

Sorry to say that but the only cheap here is you. SSF2X is a tremendous game. Of course it still has an oldschool touch (the life decreased by each hit for example) but it's deep and can be very enjoyable at good level on both 1 and 2P.

This is the first SF2 series game where I actually have to work hard for my wins... fireball traps, no whiffed combos, waiting for the computer to make a move. It's challenging, but in a refreshing way. The CPU doesn't seem unbeatable, you just need to play a tight game for your wins.

if you don't know the patterns for each player, you will get murderkilled. back when I had the CPS2 board, even on 1 star difficulty the CPU was so hard after the 3rd or 4th fight i stopped trying to beat the game after awhile, i was use to playing VS games against friends, and I would just jump in and try to rush down the CPU. I actually remember the DC version being even harder against the CPU, I would always get to T-Hawk on the 3rd or 4th guy and he was like trying to beat god.

i never really played turbo in the arcades much, just SSF2, but I bet it was a quarter eater for people trying to clear the game.

No, no. I never meant to say that the game sucks, actually the fact that it is challenging is the best part, but basing yor game in defeating em by following fixed patters sounds to me like I'd be playing Mortal Kombat 3 against CPU... suckas

the AI is really notorious for this bs, but my friend juan mentioned something about this.
He says it forces you to get better and I totally agree with him since hes pretty fucking bad ass with many chars, his dee jay is unstoppable and this is one game where playing the cpu can actually benefit you
