Hi,
Went into a deal with StaticX who called himself 'sam' for some shock boxes at a reasonable price. Payed by paypal, and everything seemed to be fine until he mailed me back saying my address I'd given him wasn't complete. However, I'd kept all the pm's he and I had sent to each other, and I had sent him the full address - he'd just edited out my postcode. So, the parcel allegedly gets resent - a couple of months down the line and still no parcel
Then I email him at his alleged paypal addy, and lo and behold I find out from the paypal account owner (suprisingly not staticX), that I'd paid for some games for StaticX from the account holder........and staticX's real name is Jimmy Lee..... nice!
Anyhow, just thought I'd warn everyone about him - he's from S. Cali, and allegedly works in the EBGames offices - the autorities have been informed, and hopefully will nail this scammer
