I need to get in contact with Shawn

I need someone to try and get a hold of shawn for me. I purchased stuff from the store, had so many problems that I don't even want to start listing them, and then finally recieved my stuff.

Part of our "problems" involved Visa pulling my payment to him (due to nothing being sent and no communication on his part for months). Its been over a month since that happened with no further communication of any kind since he intially emailed me about it. I have been emailing sales@neo-geo.com over and over with no reply. I'd really like to pay Shawn for the goods recieved (unlike most people who would just take the free ride).

If anyone can get a hold of shawn by a method that actually works i would appreciate it, please ask him to PM or email me from this post.

Bumping the thread.

I'm sorry to have to do this, but i'm still getting no where with shawn. That guy seriously doesn't seem to care about his reputation...he won't respond to emails or PM's. Must be nice to just ignore people all the time.

Anyone who can get a hold of shawn (and get him to take some time out of his schedule to respond to an email), please point him to this post.

I was researching the forums for people having problems like mine, and saw what happens to people who voice their displeasure problems with the neostore (which as of late have been fair complaints).

I'm expecting to get stomped, but hopefully some one will get Shawn's attention pointed here.

We had the same problem a while ago when Shawn was playing WoW nights and days. Sadly I don't see any way to contact him, except if someone here give you his phone number.

I can't help you sorry.

i had a problem with shawn a while back so i told vinh at www.snk-capcom.com and he is pretty close to him i guess and i got all my shit straight in a few days. you might wanna try that route, it worked for me.

I tried searching for vinh in the www.snk-capcom.com forums, and got nothing. Is there another way to contact him?

I've been working with another forum member to get things fixed up, and i've got a number to try so i can speak with shawn.

I really appreciate that you're willing to help without any of the usual BS that other people serve up here. If the phone # doesn't work i'll try that email.

Just an update...

I've finally had some contact with shawn and gotten things taken care of.

Thanks to everyone who tried to help out, i really appreciate it.

no problem man, glad to hear you got it worked out. but yeah i see what you're saying about how people act. alot people just don't know how to act, it's like thier in pre-school mode or something.
