spybot s&d 1.4 out

You can post this here today, and someone who posts in the thread today will post a question "I have a spyware problem" tomorrow.

There's a lot of Spyware killing shit out there. I've found using a combination of programs works best, as no 1 program seems to get them all.

The holy trinity I use is Ad-Aware, MS Anti Spyware (bets) and Spybot. Something one doesn't get one of the others usually will.

ms anti is the best tool, use it.

I deleted ad aware and spybot when MS Anti came.

You really do need more than one Anti-Spyware tool in your arsenal if you use IE. No bullshit.

There are infections MS AS will find that Ad Aware won't and vice versa, and it's the same with Spybot.

No one tool does the greatest job, but using 2 or more together gives you the best protection.

If you turn on real time scanning with all the warnings enabled on MS AS, then you MAY not need anything else, assuming your machine is "clean" before you install it.
