If I liked FLCL, what other anime would I be interested in?

I would prefer suggestions to relate to more recent anime, but older anime suggestions wouldn't be so bad either.

If this has been a thread before, I had no idea.

In order to answer your question I neen more info. What did you like about FLCL so I can get some kind of baseline.

Anyway, I happen to like Magical Shopping Street Abenobashi. It was made by the same guys who made FLCL (Gainax) and was made a little after FLCL (so it has a lot of the same crackhead vibe).

Exactly, it's the silliness or crazyness of the show that I really enjoyed.
