No Sufami Turbo ROMs? :crying:

I wonder if this will kill the price/demand for any of the games on the list. I remember when the Mega Man Collection came out, and the NES installments that used to fetch a pretty penny bottomed out literally overnight.

AM I the only one noticing 85% of those are total throw away titles? Don't get me wrong, there are some classics there, but it's like getting a Pirate Cart with 999999 games and 800000 of them are contra hacks. ;)

Earthbound, Pilotwings (both), Banjo Kazooie, and all the Marios are worth the price of admission alone.

Anyone else find it strange that it's "mike tyson's punch out" and not the "fixed" one later that had Mr Dream as the last boxer? I loved having Mike in it, of course. That game, also, nice having at the get go. Call me dumb, but this makes me excited to have one, now. Perfect N64 emulation? That's new, to the best of my knowledge. PERFECT emulation, and not just Mario 64.

No Contra III and no Chrono Trigger make hermegildo go crazy.

I wasn't really expecting anything other than Nintendo games though, and Yoshi's Island more than makes up for it. Best platformer ev4r.

I just noticed Sin and Punishment is there too, I might finally get a chance to play this game.

You show me a perfect N64 emulator that plays all games. I'm wanting it right now. Sadly, one doesn't exist? Hello?

no secret of mana eh..

I knew this would suck, since all the truly best snes games save for a few like lttp and mario kart are yanked.

Square made the snes. Konami made some killer shit also.

Lame..

Hi! It is true, there is no perfect N64 emulator that plays all games, but neither is Revolution, since you cannot download ALL the N64 games (and maybe never because of licensing issues).

Anyway, this whole idea of downloading old games is hardly the revolution I am hoping for. Going backwards is not moving forwards. But it is just my opinion. So cheers!

I could do without either. Super Mario RPG was fun but it wasnt that fucking great IMO.
People really hype it, but my faves are all missing from the list.

Super punch out, zelda and mario kart are all I'm gonna want.

No soul blazer, no gaia, no secret of mana, no trigger, no ff's at all.

This shit is starting to get annoying. I've always supported nintendo, but even im tired of being patient. This is a bad marketing deal imo, the new generation is way to fickle to appreciate 2d classics, this is one for the hardcore, which truly IMHO is a bad way to market anything.

This is like a retrolution minus the good things that made that era.

hopefully they acquire licensing for those other games I'd like to see.

I'd love a rom of terranigma, but all the best roms are illegal fanslation downloads. Theres no fucking benefit to this when you really think about it.

of all the titles there, im excited mostly about the N64 titles for some strange reason, specifically Sin and Punishment . I wonder if they'll also be available for NOA's server I even wonder how it'll work or even if they'll have text in English if they're available here in the states...

Other than that the list is pretty big for being free games....

Now it makes me wonder if they'll have special controllers made for each game. Hell, I'd prefer if they'd sell several versions of different controlleres than that touch controller crap that's been rumored.

Edited, i thought i saw wonder project j2 on that list...

Isn't it weird that Kirby's air ride is listed as an N64 game, if im not mistaken this title was never made for this system. Makes me wonder about the source for this list...

I'm sure if i revisited Super Mario RPG i would find it to be a bit lacking. But, i really think this downloadable game idea is sweet. Especially if the price is right.

I do agree, for this download retro titles thing to work then 3rd parties are have to going to sign on. Would love to download some stuff like Earthworm Jim and various rpgs.
