If they have no JAMMA edge, how exactly do you hook the up to a cab/SG?

Thanx.

Well, they are not JAMMA, so you just can't use them in a regular JAMMA cab/supergun. How would you hook a steering wheel and pedals to it anyway?
Cabs for driving games are usually dedicated to the board, and the connexion between them is made by a bunch of molex-like connectors. If you know their pin-out and you have enough knowledge you can build your own controls for them, like modding a console-like steering wheel and pedals.

I have no clue how the driving board works/hooks up..(I wish I did) :(

I was bidding on a Driving board so that I could study it/get an understanding of it to provide what info I could on it..
But I was buried as the bids for the board went super high....Somebody must of needed it bad as I didn't think it would go so high.

I did win these two parts to the driving board that were listed separately...Roads Edge cart and,.I have no clue what this board is but the seller stated it was for the Driving board.(?)

Somewhere I have a bunch of pictures of a Driving Boards set-up that I need to see just where this part goes..(if it even does)

Shooting use a collection of harnesses to hook to their respective controls, monitors, and speakers. While Driving boards use a collection of harnesses and a JAMMA edge. Hint, That lower plate that has white mux connectors on the main board, is what is used to connect the harnesses. BTW they are different to the fighter boards, so whatever mux connector is used for one board will have a different connection for the other.

The part below the cart is just a JAMMA adaptor. See how the harnesses are connected to the board so you can hook it into a JAMMA harness.

Thanks Charles.

Curious..this JAMMA adaptor would-could it be for use with a Hyper 64 type board /..any of them ....or...?

As I said before, the fighter, driving, and shooting boards are completely different from each other. Therefore the mux connectors for one board will be different for the others.

So what then are the molex's used for on a Rev.2 fighting board? Whay are they even there? There seems to be a few ports on a hyper board which nobody knows what they do.

Maybe they were for linking boards for cooperative play between 2 cabs, but that feature was never used.

Yeah the number 2 connector is for that. Dunno the others though.
