How do I make an action switch "rapid fire?" (SG project)... a mono-stereo switch?

I am in the process of moding a hori stick (Soul Caliber 2 GC hori stick) into that of a SG and I wanted to know what is needed to make the buttons "rapid fire."

My Vega Jr has this feature and it can adjust for the rate of rapid fire for all action buttons... this is what I would like to do for my 2nd custom built SG.

Also, how does one make a mono-stereo switch? It should be simple.

You can make it continuous fire, not rapid, I have a cct posted here somewhere, trying to find it
