Has anyone returned anything there? My PSP got about 17 dead pixels dead smak in the middle of the screen over night and I want to return it, but I'm worried they won't take it back.

I don't see why they wouldn't let you exchange it for another one... It's a defective product. You won't know until you try. Why even ask here?

You better hurry man, I know for a fact there is definitely a time limit. Might be a month from purchase date.

Just return it to Wal Mart they take anything back if you are exchanging for the same item

The Wal-Mart here actually keeps track of console serials they sell and won't take back consoles that didn't come from that store. You can return something from another Wal-Mart store provided you have the reciept. I think a lot of people were doing this, I saw a guy trying to bring back a PS2 and exchange it but they wouldn't let him. They said the serial didn't match up with anything they ever had.

I do know that Wal-Mart has a day limit return policy they must honor though. I've seen a lot of redneck people bringing in shoes their kids have worn for 20 days or so and then exchanging them for a new pair.

well if you miss the deadline, it's not the end of the world

as you can send it to an authorized Sony repair center and have them fix it under warranty

it'll probably mean you won't have a PSP for a few weeks, but it's better than 17 dead pixels

Will Sony fix it for free? I would have to pay shipping though right? The TRU here doesn't have any PSP's and I can't get a refund so I'm screwed unless they get some in soon.

Thank goodness for that EB warranty I paid for.
