I'll say Not Guilty.

OJ: The incriminating view was the evidence, not the accusation.
MJ: The incriminating view was the accusation, not the evidence.

It's almost like a reverse OJ. I just haven't seen any evidence of anything past what we all knew about Neverland Ranch, in the first place. Well, outside of what was advertised for those of us that lived through the 80s.

Not Guilty. There has been nothing to prove that he did any of this. Sure they probably shared his bed, but everything else is bullshit to get a check.

Defense poked way too many holes in the accuser's story, and various other witnesses lent plenty of credibility to the idea that the accuser's family was scheming to make $ off MJ.

Voted "not guilty," but that doesn't mean I think he's innocent.

no way hung jury not after only 3 full days of going at it. They gave that sniper trial last month 5 or 6 days of deliberation.

Whoops: is the verdict even in I assumed so by the title if not my above statement is crap :crying:

I vote not guilty

I voted guilty only because the whole thing is playing out like a film and there could be a left turn towards the end.

I think he's guilty. But he will get a not guilty verdict like every other rich celeb.

fixed.

I want him to be found guilty, because he's a sicko. And for that reason, he probably won't be, so I voted that he'll be found not guilty.

Hence my OJ comparison.

My gut instinct is that he's guilty as sin, but I haven't seen enough evidence to prove it. The plaintiffs are about as shady as Wendy's chili finger woman.

I feel nauseated whenever I see her pics:

Safe for work, but not for maintaining your appetite.

Interesting look at the picture. I really hope, for justice, that it doesn't go that way, though. I hate to see someone get sentenced without justifiable evidence. It's way too easy to accuse a man and put him in court, with people already having a sour look at the man for just being there. A verdict of guilty, with such a lack of evidence, puts into question that whole idea that a truly innocent man could easily be thrown in jail. I'm not talking just in Michael Jackson's case, but it is a good enough example that it could easily happen again to anyone truly innocent of the crime. I'm sure they could come up with the same level of plaintiff arguments on the majority of individuals, living in the states, that are either teachers or anybody who had to deal with children, at some time. Cook up a story that you/I served them alcohol, and did something.

I'm gonna set myself up for a fall on this one and say:

GUILTY AS SIN

I'll concede the evidence, as is common in these cases, is not ironclad, but somehow I just don't think he gets away with it this time...

Tonk, you left off "innocent" as an option. :kekeke:

there's no such thing as a verdict for "innocent"

only guilty or not guilty.

Hey, in some familes, especially black American ones, the kids get a nip from their uncles or cousins once in a while. Not saying that it's ok, but I understand.

No sane adult male names his home Neverland Ranch. Such a name shows Jacko's deep subconcious desire to bend Peter Pan over a couch, and play hide the salami with the lost boys.

However, I'm still betting on a not guilty verdict.
