As appealing as a free DS or N-Gage may be, I somehow doubt this is legit.

Just use the little triangle with an exclamation point on the corner of the posts to report the posts as spam.

That way the moderators get the message and we don't bump their spam posts and/or make new posts calling attention the said spam posts....

They'll get banned, and their posts disappear off the front pages.

For the record, that damned Triangle does not notify me. My NG.com email address is not checked with any frequency because it is so deluged with spam that I can't possibly hope to get legit emails out of it.

These Suggestion threads work wonders for legit bans, or a PM to multiple mods (D-Lite, Wasabi, Mouse_Master, me) which only involved adding names to the "to" line in your normal PM.
