MVS - Video Ram Error

Hi to All,
I have a motherboard Neo Geo MVS 1F, I have this problem.... in video screen there is "Video Ram Error ect........"
Previous I connect the Pc Power and after a turn on, I have felt like if a fuse it is itself broken, and after in video there is the "Video Ram Error" .....
Can I change the fuse ????
which it could be the problem?

If it says video ram error chances are something's wrong with the video ram I would say it may be that either a ram chip is bad or one (or more) of its connections are broken. You should report the whole error message as there are two different video rams.

However, I was trying to boot all of my carts to check them out yesterday and one gave me a Video RAM error, then an EPROM error, then worked.
It was dirty.
Clean your cartridge and slot throughly first before going at your board with hot metal things.
