jamma to MVS help

i wanted to buy a neo cab to play kof, but i cant find any, so i ended up with a jamma cab, now i want to turn it into a MVS cab, so i just want to know how hard is it to convert this thing into MVS cab? ive heard MVS cab use stereo speaker while Jamma use mono, if i plug a MVS into it, will the sound even work? and what else it could go wrong beside the sound? thanks

Jamma has a speaker between pins 10 & L, MVS is wired like this.

If you want to cycle through the games on a multi slot board, you will also need the bottom part of that diagram wired correctly.
