I have many songs that "inspire" me, but not in that way.

They just give me great ideas, make life overall more entertaining and fuel my passion for whatever I am doing.

Everything ever screamed by Little Jon. "OKAAAAYYY!"

Truthfully, "I am the Highway" by Audioslave comes to mind. Helped to make me put some relationship shit in perspective a few years ago.

Every time I hear a 50 cent song, it makes me want to shit in my hands and hurl it at a random stranger.

laugh all you want, but I gotta say that many MJ songs had a big part in forming my ideas on life and principals. especially that now I have better English better and understand what's being said in his songs.

"On the Line", "History", "Earth Song", "Black or White", "Heal The World", "Man in the Mirror" ... etc.

Ever since I started working out I have a soundtrack I listen to whether I be walking/jogging, lifting, situps, etc. Sometimes I just don't feel like doing anything, for whatever reasons. Whenever I get like this I listen to DJ Sammy & Yanou Feat. Do - Heaven, which is always the first song I listen to when I start off my routine. No matter how shitty I feel or lazy, uninspired, etc - this song always gets me going. I love the beat, which is odd considering I'm a metal fan first and foremost.

Yeah. A few months ago I was in a real shitty place in my life. I had lost my job and was having trouble finding a new one. I had just about given up on life and resolved to just play videogames and not worry about my future. An ex-girlfriend called me up and made me feel even worse about myself. Then after her call I heard The Game/50 Cent's "Hate it or Love it". Sounds corny but that song inspired me to prove her and some of my friends wrong. The next week, everday I went out determined to find a good job. And amazingly enough, it worked! I got an interview at a bank and got hired a few days later. I'm being paid almost twice as much as I was at my last job and I plan to have enough saved by winter to go back to college.

"Hate it or love it the underdog's on top and I'm gonna shine homey till my heart stops.."

*Hi Five*

Hell yeah that song rules. Have you heard the Candlelight version? The Bryan Adams version is dope, too. I used to listen to this song all the time back in 2004. GREAT BEAT.

Another song that helped me was Tony Rich's Nobody Knows. In Jan. '96 I moved from my hometown and that crushed me. But the lyrics to the song seemed to match how I was feeling personally, and it was an emotional release.

Also, back in the day when I was 10 or so I did listen to MJ's Black or White a lot and thought that song could positively change the world. I still like it.

Candlelight version? I'm assuming that's the slower version. If so, yeah I got the mp3 of that as well. Great voice. I love it.

lol, you're still in your adolescent "wigger phase."

Don't worry that shit should clear up once you turn 15 or you're condemned to be a moron forever.

Either One.
