Jinpachi from Tekken 5 is one cheap motherfucker. If it wasn't for him, I would like the game more. Simple as that.

Dracula from the original Castlevania for the NES was quite a bitch.

But the all-time bastard of a boss has to go to the devil at the end of Ghosts N' Ghoblins for the NES. Actually beating him isn't all that bad, but if you use the wrong weapon the sonofabitch makes you go through the whole game again! Seeing as how the game is a mother fucker to get through, that has to be one of the most demoralizing special moves evar. :kekeke:

Dracula - Castlevania Dracula X/Akumajo Dracula XX (Super NES). He's much worse than Rondo of Blood Dracula because you fight only on limited platforms and most of the time you fall to your death trying to avoid his magic.

His moves have fairly low priority, and that's his weak point. Stay close and poke him with your fastest attacks. If you have any fast knockdowns, use those, and then stay on top of him. Don't let him get any distance between you, and you should be OK.

I don't know if he's the final boss but Gouki in SvC for the AES is one hard-ass SOB. I can't even take a round off him, then again I suck so that's to be expected.

Goukis cheap tactics put me off attempting to beat him out of fear for my AES's safety.

Rugal in KoF 2002 is a hard SOB!. :very_ang: :(

The last boss Evil 8 in Sengoku 3 was hard because he regenerate's his life energy but I beat him when I used the second controller. :eek: :(

he can seem like a pain, but he does have patterns and usually is susceptible to certain moves for most characters...

example: when applied properly, Ryo's Mouko Raijin Setsu is the perfect tool for making Shin Gouki your bitch

and as tsuka mentioned, Red Arremer can be extremely frustrating, but it turns out he can be turned into a punching bag with wings if you can get close to him

That boss is MAD EASY! He shows his laser eyes be before he fires, you just go to the far end of the screen. The rockets you can shoot down. The lava balls are so slow. I haven't lost a life on that boss is ages. He's hard at first, admittedly, but very easy once you know his tells.

Hardest boss for me, Ninja Gaiden (NES) final boss. Ryu's dad was so tough.
