Mvh 1f picture problem

Hay guys,
I have just recived my neo motherboard from ebay and it has a problem, I had to replace a cap on it as it keeped triggering the supergun i have to play it.
When i switch it on there is a load of color squres on the screen and the screen also seems to jump, Any ideas????????

Make sure the Bios is seated in its socked correctly. The bios is the chip that goes to the location SP1 on the PCB.
