Yeah, it caught my attention after I read a bunch of great reviews on it.

Although, I haven't cared much for Cronenberg's work that isn't directly related to the Horror/Sci-fi genre.

All great stuff, but everything else he's done never did much for me.

But I'll be sure to scope this out when I get the chance.

I know what you mean, but have you ever seen Dead Zone?
That movie is a classic, IMO. One of Christopher Walken's most memorable roles.

Forgot he directed that.

You can add that to my list, since it is a good flick as well.

Although it's probably a cliche, I liked the book much better (Stephen King's early writing work was always exceptional.)

Walken was great too from what I remember, but it's actually been a while since I've last seen it, so the finer points of his performance in this film escape me.

Perhaps I'll track down a copy later today and give it a watch.

I finally saw Naked Lunch the other day... not bad.

Personally, his films have never been really my taste. Sort of like the "weirder" side of David Lynch.
