I played this particular ST-V board with DieHard arcade and it worked 100% before... but now the game freezes on intro and only the sound plays (not all sounds).

I tested the ST-V board itself with it's test features and no problems came up, and I also tested the cart via the same test options, and sound effects play etc... so what might cause this problem?

I believe it's the cart... but I will know for sure when my 2nd ST-V PCB wt VF remix comes.

Clean Clean Clean

After setting on the shelf for six months, my motherboard said that all my carts had a problem. :oh_no: Spent ten minutes cleanning all the edge connectors on my carts and the motherboard. No problems after that. :buttrock:

Problem fixed... it was the PSU.

I found out what the problem was... it was the PSU... I had to increase the juice.

At worst I would get a black scrabled screen... (not totally black)... and best I would get an intro but it would freeze (with the sound still playing). No matter how much I inserted the cart etc it was like this.

I tested the boards memory etc, I tested the cart through the bios options... no problems showed up.

Then when I increased the power by a small amount, the system worked and played perfectly.
