I want to install an On & Off switch in a cab(Klax/Conversion) and I'm not sure where to put it in-between,the wiring etc..

Link/Help Please..Thanks..

The Cab has an original (2 Wire)switch in the back(hidden) that I just can't get to/mess with and for some reason it only turns off the monitor....I'm totally leaving that alone ..

I have a switch and it's wires.(the same type in the Big Red/Neo Gold and Tekken 3).
It has 4 Wires..
1 Yellow
1 Yellow/Black
1 Red
1 Red/Black
It seems if I click it to one side/on.. the Yellow & Yellow/Black create a full current and the Red & Red/Black create a full current..otherwise if switch is off I get no continuity between any of them..
4 Wires,why do I need 4 Wires..?

What do I put this in-between./ put in between the two AC in wires going to the Jamma Power Supply.

..........................................................................................................
If I need a switch what should I look for/prefabably something I can buy in a store.

Be carefull of not touching the prongs though... you get a little electrocuted if you do (talking from personal experience) about the only fun part about it is the after adrennaline fix... I'd suggest using tape of something... that's what I did... but I don't have anything solid to mount the switch to yet.

:glee: Ohhhh Yeaaa,I was scared to touch those prongs today as I would of got a nice shock.. :(

I didn't either..I get it all in and realize I don't have anything solid to mount the switch to.
So I looked through my boxes or Arcade parts and found a plate that the switch fit right on./sweet!!..

Success.. :buttrock: .I put the on-off switch in the KLAX and it's right behind the coin door on a plate/on the right.... :buttrock:
The Multimeter helped big time too
