Is it possible to somehow covert the sticks so that they work on the pc? Is their any guides explaining how to do this somewhere on the net? I have seen it done with n64 and psx pads but can't find neogeo anywere..

Its got to be possible, it would be really easy, for a person with programming skills, or a publisher of an emulator, to just make a joystick program that loads before the system. Its the same number of pins as the PC isnt it?

I dunno about the software side, but I do know the Neo uses the +5volt as common/ground. This is a different pinout than other controllers. So you may need to build a small wire adaptor to get it to work. Personally, I'd just buy a PC arcade stick. Like the one found here:

I've got a HotRod SE stick myself... and highly recommend it. It's really responsive, and shines on fighters- hell, it's a great all-game stick.
