I just purchased a Metal Slug 4 from seller Mercypal on eBay - the shipping was ultra fast and the guy very nice BUT:

- shipped the game lightly wrapped in bubblewrap and thrown into a PAPER ENVELOPPE !!! = at arrival the enveloppe was torn and one of the bubblewrap edges was damaged, causing a small scratch in a corner of the box... :very_ang:
- also be carefull about the guy's ability to decribe the item : I was buying a NEW CONDITION Metal Slug 4 and although the item is in very good shape there are a couple marks on the cover and the cart... very light but more like a very good to near mint than like new condition.

I am lucky I received the item in good condition but imagine my fear when I saw the enveloppe.

Just thought some of you might want the heads up.

Holy Hell, glad I've never won anything he was selling...
A bubble bag...reminds me of what somebody did to me.
The game's casing was shattered, the plastic and insert ripped...such a nightmare.
I had a person ship me a NGH system with two sticks and a few games just all tossed in a box,NO protection whatsoever.. I was shocked..luckily the items did'nt have far to travel but I tell you.....a power supply is not good to have jumbling around and causing scratch marks...
SIGH.

It's amazing how cheap people can be. They know these are high dollar items, yet in order to save $.50 cents on packing materials they just screw their buyers who are spending hundreds of dollars.

So rediculous. Thanks for the heads up.

Several years back, I got a laserdisc player from a Yahoo auction. It didn't come in the original box, and when I opened the parcel, the idiot had used plastic shopping bags as "insulation", and the box was only about 3/4 full. Needless to say, it didn't work when I tested it.
