The problem is that it will only act as a 4 megs ram, it doesn't seem to have any of the other stuff it is advertised to have, i.e. import capability, saves, cheats, etc. Tested it on both my USA and JPN Saturns and cleaned it several times w/rubbing alcohol and it still won't work. I'd like for it to at least have the import capability so I can play 4 meg fighters on the USA Saturn...any help is of course appreciated.

I'm very sure it's an action replay, I have one of the 4 megs you are talking about for my JPN Saturn. It has the appropriate label, etc. and the PCB looks different from the 4 meg

I have that action replay, and it works just fine for my stuff (KOF '97, MSHvSF, and Vampire Savior). I'll see today (after work) if I can get my sisters digicam and get some pics of the boards, so you can compare it with yours.

ARP wasn't working at first for me. I popped in SFvsX-men,KOF 97,KOF96, and RBsp
but the ARP wouldn't have any import capabilities.

Until a couple of runs, It started working. It would byoass the system setup just like a GameKey and play the game flawlessly.

IMO ARP is not really necessary. You can just use the 4MB cart and that should work fine. I know ppl complain about damaging the PCB, or cart reader but if you take your time(you have moe time than you think) you can swap carts smoothly w/o damaging the reader.
