New Astro City Mono sound problems

Hi,

I just got two New Astro City Cabinets and plugged in a JAMMA PCB on each. However I am getting very low volume and a loud buzz from the speakers. The volume is turned up all the way on the PCB's and the cabinet. If I turn the cabinet volume down the buzz goes away, but nothing can be heard.

It seems that it is currently wired to be amplified by the psu? Should I just be going straight from the harness to the speakers? How should I hook them up with the two wires from 10 L?

Sorry to hear of your problems man.

L+10 do not require amplification because they are already amplified signals. The volume control would just be a resistor of some description.

Wiring it directly would be no problem at all.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe L goes to +, - to +, then - to 10.
