I'd have to say Ryu's SA3 the one which dizzy's, I won't vote yet as I have the JAP version so Im not sure which one of the names it is.

Yeah, but the dama doesn't stop. I'd say that the reflector isn't a projectile, and that the dama is one. That's my opinion at least. :kekeke:

Slam Dance=Best damage for the size of bar, its iiiiinsaaaaane.
One of best supers in game, IMO.
