If you have a Japanese system and have a Japanese game is the only way to get English through Jeff Kurtz BIOS swap?

A few of the later games KOF2K for instance, let you select this from the options menu, but on the majority of the games, yes you need an english Bios.

Well, my new mystery Neo is either English or Japanese. if English I'll need the mod to get the blood - if Japanese I'll need to mod to get the English..

like me, get both ENG and JPN machines for every single console (DUO, DC, PS, PS2, Saturn, NEO AES, etc)

Damn Silent Scope. I have alot of systems, but i usually don't even bother to get US an import systems. Sheesh.

That's why I have fewer games than systems.
Not as many as some people who claim to have "120 Neo carts" and "in Neo world for over 7 years"...hahhahahhaha

I just too lazy to deal with terrotory block problem.
