Fileplanet has it right now.

I'm probably waiting until my controller adapter shows up before playing. Trying to play PSO on a keyboard last time gave me major hand cramps. It's definitely not designed for it.

Then again, I also hit lvl 40 in WoW today so I'm enjoying that for a bit longer before making a switch (if I make a switch that is.)

I'm downloading the beta right now as I type this. Man, I haven't played PSO since the DC but I loved every minute of the game and had some pretty cool memories from the game. I"m not sure how this is different from the older PSO's but i'm willing to try it out.

Downloaded the beta... been having problems logging in ever since. First I had problems entering my username and password. Finally got past that, but now I can't load the game because the game needs to download the mandatory update patch before it can start... and it says the server is down for it. People on the PSO BB boards are complaining about the same thing, so all I can do is wait.

BTW, I'm up at 3 in the morning here... :buttrock:

I've played the game for a couple of hours and i'm already starting to get addicted to this game. First it was Guild Wars and now this, and to make matters worse it happens around finals too.

In game, I'm a Ramarl, name: Silvia May. Send me mail if you want to join up.

Edit: Stayed up till 5 AM playing Guild Wars waiting for the servers to come up for PSO. At least I finished that Ashes quest before I went to sleep.

I was really interested in getting Guild Wars... especially since you don't have to pay a monthly fee to play. I really like the way the game looks, from what I've seen through screenshots.

Anyhoo, I finally got on PSO and played a little bit. At first, I had difficulties (I couldn't type at all during gameplay), but I finally got past that and now it works the way it's supposed to. I even have my PS2 pad hooked up to the game. Can't use analog, but it's better than using the keyboard. I like it... I like it a lot. I'm surprised my laptop is running it without a hitch.

Don't get me wrong, I love me some PSO, but I'm in no mood to be a beta tester. I'll definitely forego the free month and wait to get a working product.

I am just gonna hold out till PSU.

having played PSOBB since the Japanese Beta and so on (plus being the first one to even tell about PSOBB in this forum), i agree. PSU will be greater than PSO hopefully.
