Marquee light question

Is there such a product that just plugs into a wall socket that can be used as a marquee light in a custom home built cabinet?

Something that has similar mounts and fixings as a regular marquee light.

Sure:

A kitchen Counter light..

The Florescent types you find under kitchen cabinets,over sinks etc.

You'd just have to measure for size.

That's basically what a regular marquee light is..

as chris1 said... a flourescent fixture would work... to make it look a little bit better (more even), you might get some rice paper, and put it in between the light and the marquee. I think the size of fixture you'll probably need is an 18" fixture... Thats what I've been instructed to put in mine from the blueprints I bought...
