Saw pics of a new Taito shooter in the latest Arcadia:

It's set in the "Sengoku" warring states period of Japanese history.

No wonder taito sinks if they don t put more effort in their games...

Yeah, now that you mention it, it does seem a little bland.

Kinda like the Trizeal people tried to copy Sengoku Ace.

I've got a few videos from some of the loke tests and it really looks better in motion although its not that great. The bosses die in a spray of blood that no other company could top.

Seriously though, that bit sounds cool, but didn't the enemies in Guwange explode into buckets of blood as well?

Looks very Castle Shikigami 2-ish(Shikigami no shiro 2, for those of you that would call me out on that). I'd buy it as a budhet game. Too bad Acclaim isn't still around.

It doesnt even compare, If I knew how to put up videos I would so you could see the insanity. At least 15 seconds of spraying and exploding blood.
