Does Mass give money back when stuff doesn't arrive?

I have placed an order with them in the beginning of November, for a complete SuperNOVA system. They confirmed everything was allright and they told me they'd ship asap. That was at the end of November! Trackingnumbers:VA025846030US,
VA025846026US,VA025846043US. I can't believe that these things haven't arrived yet. I live in the Netherlands.
I just want to know; has anyone ever had their money refunded when they didn't deliver the goods (in time)?

Same thing happened with a shop called LOADED in England; I ordered MOTW from him waaaaay back in Feb. Haven't seen the game since. I rang him to send me KOF2000 instead, as by December the price of Garou had gone up immensely and my original payment wasn't sufficient anymore. That was cool with him, but haven't heard from him since.

At the moment I am waiting for: MOTW (Jap), sent on 29-12-00, by SHAWN, should arrive Monday or Tuesday. And KOF2000, supposedly sent 02-01-2001, by NCS,should have arrived by now!

I fucking hate this; I send people my money in good faith only to find out that they don't really care for my money or order. I don't mean Shawn or NCS!As I hear nothing but good about Shawn, and previous purchases with NCS have all gone smoothly!

Fuck that Mass, SuperNova or what-so-ever. I called them regarding SuperNova and three MVS games two months ago and a stupid woman with a cry baby promised me to process my order and call me back. Guess what, I've never heard anything from them since even I called them three times next day. Woman just told me she'll take care of everything and I don't need to call them since it'll take some time for them to organize everything.

Well, at least you didn't give them your money like I did. Let this be a lesson to everyone wanting to buy from Mass. Go for a second hand system from them(so you don't have to deal with them directly), or go for Gwtrading.
