why hasn't anybody talked about this game. I've seen it @ playmore's website. I don't know what's up with it. I was wondering if anybody has more info. Apparently it's the 1st game from Playmore not using old SNK IP's anybody care to correct me?

That's a Twinkle Star Sprites sequel. Yes, it's an old SNK IP.
