you'd need to see the boards to be sure either way.

IMO...I wouldn't think this was a boot...(I've never seen nor heard of a Panic Bomber boot..(though it's possible)


My US copy has no serials so I figure they come either way..
.....Because the one at Briggs site has serials(US)
