Just dont use Chun li at all.
I am currently spending hours a night perfecting my prowess with all the characters. Apart from ibuki.
At the moment, its=
Hugo, elena, dudley, oro, Urien, alex, and maybe a bit of Yang.
Im a bit tired of Q. Q and oro are still my fave chars.
Why didnt they get Cammy into SF3!? Disgrace!

Screw everybody and their shit attitude of tiers. Pick who you want to play with. And win! What I find funny as hell is all the people that yell at you for picking chun li over and over play cheap ass SA3 kens and think their hot shit.

Ken has many more tools available to him. His specials rock, his EXes rock, his super arts rock, and has a nice super cancel. He has excellent normals, great overheads, a fucking sweet target combo, and deadly karas. Most Kens you'll face won't utilize all his abilities that make him top tier. Chunli only has two things, and she easily competes with Ken because of them, despite all of the things Ken has. So I'd have to say one could scrub a lot easier with Chunli than Ken. Definitely.

Ken is much more fun to play than Chun, IMO, and takes much more skill to use effectively. Chun's HP, HK, and whirlwind kick have ridiculous priority, and her medium crouching kick is also pretty high on the lameness scale. I've played probably two or three people online that are genuinely good with her, but most just whore out those four moves.

The thing is, it's hard to tell the difference between a good Chun Li and a scrub. As Wes pointed out, she only really has a few things going for her, but those few things make her beyond almost every character in the game. Even Ken can have a hard time with her.

That may be for you, but ive played chun a fair few times and i still cant pull out any half good combos. Kens are mega damageful and easy to perform, so, ken is not only better, but 10 times easier to scrub.SonGohan said:
