I searched the forums, but couldn't find a definate answer. I could only find an answer for the newer AES Power Supplies.

I have a PRO-POW-UL Power Supply. Model No. Neo-O
Input: 120V-60Hz 22W
Output: DC5V 3A

The Power Supply matches the bottom of the console, so that's not the problem
Can I plug this here in the U.S. without any problems? Sorry for the Noob question, but like I said I couldn't find a definate answer. Thanks

That is a US power supply. Sometime with AES systems the motherboard is not original to the system shell. Serial numbers with Neo-O are Jap.

Interesting, the shell reads Model No. NEO-O and it's says to use AC Adapter Pro-Pow. So if everything is correct and the shell wasn't swapped, is this a U.S. system?

Also if the shell was swapped, will the power supply damage my system?

There are two different Pro-Pow adapters. US and Jap version. US = 120 V Jap = 100 V input. Both output 5V @ 3Amps. However, there is a big difference in the output of a PRO-POW3 Vs. a PRO-POW.....10 V Vs. 5V. With a Serial staring with Neo-O and a Pro-Pow adapter you should be OK.

Thanks for your help and advise. I appreciate it. Last thing I need is to screw up my AES. :)
