I'm looking for something like this:
Video signal converter box
-Accepts both PAL and NTSC
-Inputs for Component, S Video, VGA
-Outputs for DVI and VGA
This one is pretty close to what I'm looking for. Though the TV Tuner I can do without.
Also, if I were to use something like this in combination with the converter I linked to previously, would I basically get the same quality signal (as if the RGB Scart connector were built-in)?
I'd be using all this on an Apple 17" ADC LCD display (I already have the DVI to ADC adapter), I want to connect all of my consoles to my monitor via the best possible video signal I can find. VGA input is a must so I can use my Dreamcast's VGA box with it. I tried connecting my DC directly to my monitor with a small DVI <-> VGA plug, but it didn't work. Perhaps feeding the DC's VGA signal to the converter would solve the problem?
Anyone have any suggestions or product recommendations?
