How much is a used PGM mobo worth?

What about a used 4slot MVS mobo (wt some rust on the metal case)?

I think that 4-slot (if it works fully) would run around 175-225 usd in that general area... pgm I have no clue about.

unfortunately the "popularity" of the PGM seems to come and go at times. I've seen mobos for $80-$90 regularly 6 months ago...Lately they are getting over $100-$120+... :oh_no:

where the hell are you looking :conf:

id say half those prices, about a month ago one went for ~$25 on ebay (some bastard sniped it from me  )

japanese sellers (cosmic etc) seem to charge in the $60 region for a mobo..

a 4slot is upwards $200  oh man maybe i should sell my 6slot in excellent condition.. any takers?

I think that PGM was mine...? It was untested, though.

I saw some guy in another thread say the 4 slot would "easily" sell for 300$+. I don't know why people pay these prices when they could be had for 40% less with minimal research. Distributers get away with selling them that high because most arcade ops are uninformed... that's why the arcades are failing.

I was just gonna ask you if you had any PGM stuff for sale...I'd guess that's a no, then :-(

You gotta love snipers and their ilk huh? I say they should be hanged, just like real snipers in WW II. Morons.

What Japanese seller "like cosmic" you mean? If you are talking about Cosmicco (in Hong Kong though), I regularly have their price list and never seen a loose PGM mobo there, always in mobo+game format, but they do sell the game separately, and the price difference is always of around 120$.

About the one for 25$ in ebay, you mean you were the seller or were you the second highest-bidder? In that second case, I don't see the point in complaining about a sniper (there's never a point on that anyway) if you were trying to get away with such a cheap price... It was normal that somebody outbidded you. You should have put a better bid.

Meh, that bid didn't even qualify as a snipe, it was more than half an hour before the auction end, and 25$ already was a fucking steal for a PGM, although untested. To all the whinners about snipers:

True a snipe is when their's 15 seconds left in an auction, and by the time you refresh your fugged
