Just note that I live in the USA, so shipping to you would be somewhat expensive.

first up,i would like to say that shipping from the u.s is not that expensive.the battletoads pcb would weigh about 3 or 4 pounds so therefore the price via usps surface airmail would be$ 30 u.s tops.i have purchased about 12 pcbs from all over the u.s and all of them under $45 u.s and via surface air (not shipping).
as far as the offer goes ,maybe its better for you to pm me with an offer and then we can work from there
